REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I invite you to review the refund and return policy.
The deadline for canceling an order is 3 days from the date You received the Art or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify Me of your decision by a clear statement by visiting this Contact Us page on the Website.
Once your return has been received and inspected, I will email you to let you know that I have received your return and within 3 business days I will provide you with a full refund or 50% if it was custom commissions (minus shipping costs). I will use the same payment method as you for the order.
For Art to be eligible for return, ensure that:
-The works arrived in the last 3 days
-The art is in perfect condition in its original packaging
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must pay to insure your return for the value of the painting and use a tracking method
